What We Inspect

We inspect the home’s major systems and visible components, including the roof, structure, foundation, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and installed appliances. Inspections are performed to Texas Standards of Practice and focus on safety, performance, and observable conditions at the time of inspection.
