Refund Policy

At Steadfast Professional Inspections LLC, we are committed to providing professional, thorough, and high-quality inspection services. Because every inspection reserves dedicated time, scheduling, travel, and professional expertise, we maintain the following refund policy.
Inspection Services
Once an inspection has been completed, the inspection fee is considered fully earned and is non-refundable.
Inspection fees compensate Steadfast Professional Inspections LLC for the professional time, expertise, travel, inspection process, and preparation of the inspection report, regardless of the property's condition or the outcome of the inspection.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If our inspector has already arrived at the property or has begun the inspection, the inspection fee is non-refundable.
Missed Appointments
If the client, buyer, seller, agent, or property representative fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled inspection time, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation and may be subject to cancellation fees.
Report Delivery
Delivery of the inspection report constitutes completion of the contracted inspection services.
Dissatisfaction with inspection findings, repair estimates, property condition, purchase decisions, or real estate transactions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Add-On Services
Fees for specialized services, including but not limited to infrared thermal imaging, irrigation system inspections, detached structure inspections, pools and spas, and other optional services, are non-refundable once those services have been performed.
Rescheduling
Whenever possible, we will work with clients to reschedule appointments. Rescheduling requests made with reasonable advance notice generally will not incur additional fees.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Steadfast Professional Inspections LLC reserves the right to reschedule inspections due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, restricted property access, utility outages, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we are unable to perform the inspection for these reasons, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a refund if services have not yet been performed.
